Office Conversion

This first group of images are of an office conversion at Impact Drilling in Bridgwater, This office started life as a small 3m x 2.4m office that had been out grown by the ever increasing workforce at Impact Drilling, We were called in to improve the office space and add an area that could later be used as a kitchen/ store room.

The end result has given them an office that measures 6.8m x 5m and a kitchen that is 3m x 2m with a very impresive window at the front of the office that over looks the entire workshop. The whole office was double glazed and insulated to ensure minimum sound transference from the workshop below.

The images below are of another office conversion, this time we were instructed to transform two engineering workshops into an office that could take 14 desks in the main workshop and in the smaller workshop we had to create a new entrance lobby with a kitchen and washroom at one end.

As you can see we fitted a false ceiling to bring the height down and at the front end where the new entrance was created we also changed the old wooden windows for new UPVC windows with cladding above to match the cladding around the other side of the building.

We also had to remove about 15 tons of earth from the front of the building to create the new entrance way.
